As all products are freshly prepared and baked, we usually ship orders 1-2 weeks from the time order was placed at the earliest time. Please select the delivery day you would like to receive at checkout. If the delivery partners are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Besides the free shipping items, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once the order is shipped, we inform customer with the tracking details. You can track all orders live from SF express. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Any special shipping requests, please contact us via email (staypositiveve@gmail.com) for details.
If we are out of stock of any items in your order, we will contact you to discuss substitution options and confirm delivery time.
